Spend a Spooky Halloween at the CP National Horse Show

Lexington, KY- Oct. 26, 2015- All young horse fans and their families are invited to come in costume for free admission Saturday, Oct. 31. Trick-or-treating begins at 6:30 p.m. on Halloween with over 30 vendors handing out candy and goodies on the Alltech Arena concourse at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Come early to enjoy the world-renowned Budweiser Clydesdales exhibition before filling up on treats!

Enjoy a safe and family friendly evening trick-or-treating while watching the nations top rides compete to win the $35,000 USEF U25 National Championship Grand Prix.

The event is open to all local children, so plan to stop by for a fun evening with your family, and since it is indoors, it will take place rain or shine.

Sunday morning, everyone is invited back to the CP National Horse Show to watch the best junior riders in the country compete in the prestigious ASPCA Maclay Horsemanship Finals. After the award ceremony, the Budweiser Clydesdales will perform and at 2 p.m. the $250,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Lexington will take place. This exciting show international show jumping event will feature Olympians and world-class riders aiming to qualify for the Longines FEI World Cup™ Finals in Gothenburg, Sweden in March.

The National Horse Show was founded in 1883 at the original Madison Square Garden and has become of the America’s most prestigious horse shows. The show returns for a fifth year at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky Oct. 27-Nov. 1.
