Harrisburg, Pa. - Oct. 12, 2016 - The team at Cherry Knoll Farm had a stellar weekend claiming multiple champion and reserve champion titles at the 2016 Keystone International Livestock Exposition (KILE) ROV Angus Show and Junior Angus Show in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

On Friday, Oct.7, at the Pennsylvania Farm Complex and Expo Center, Cherry Knoll Farm received top open show results winning Premier Exhibitor and Premier Breeder.

"It was a great showing for her - it's really difficult for a young heifer to place in the top two at a large show," Cherry Knoll Farm's cattle manager, Tim Fitzgerald, said. "She is very complete. There is a lot of performance in this baby, while she maintains a very high quality. This is one of the best babies we have ever raised."

On the first day of competition Cherry Knoll Rosebud 1572, showed by Sadie Compagnola, won the Intermediate Champion Female. The pair wrapped up their successful by claiming the Grand Champion Female title on Sunday.

Claudia Hissong showed Double C Rosebud 1602, out of Cherry Knoll Rosebud 1331 and sired by Connealy Final Product, to the Reserve Calf Championship on Friday. On Sunday, they headed home with the Reserve Grand Champion Female and the Grand Champion Bred-and-Owned Female titles from the Keystone Bred-and Owned Junior Angus Show.
