Blainville, Quebec – May 24, 2010 – Jumping Blainville is a leading hunter/jumper competition held at the renowned Equestrian Park of Blainville, featuring $275,000 in prize money. The first week of competition will be held July 7-11, 2010 and the second week will get underway July 14 and run through July 18, 2010.
Where:
The Equestrian Park of Blainville is located directly in the center of the city of Blainville, within a two-mile range from stores, restaurants and one of the sponsored hotels. It is also less than 20 minutes from Montreal International Pierre Elliott Trudeau airport with its shopping centers and major hotels. Built in 1988, it features a spacious grand prix ring, three high-quality sand rings, permanent and semi permanent stalls, to hold 3 seasons’ Equestrian events of all sorts.

Park Entry:
At 1025 chemin du Plan Bouchard, Blainville, the Equestrian park of Blainville is open to children 12 and under for free. The fee for adults is $8.
On Sunday July 18th, le concours d’Élégance Le Mirage, for the foundation of Andre Delambre, president Rene Angelil, under the theme of Beauty and the Beast, will be hosting a concours with 120 selected antic collection cars where one of them will be named the car of the year. Entry fee $15 for both car and horse event.
Ring Dimensions/Specs:
The Grand Prix ring features and all weather footing of 350’x 400’. The annex sand ring measures 230’ x 150’, while the two hunter sand rings are 165’ x 275’ and 140’ x 275’. Both hunter rings are equipped with sophisticated sprinkler systems that assures uniform ground moisture conditions and become on Sundays, one ring for the Hunter Classic class.

A blacksmith's pavilion, boutiques, restaurant and restrooms are less than 500 feet from the main stabling.
