Cazenovia, NY - October 28, 2010 - The Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament featuring the 127th National Horse Show is proud to announce that Adequan is the presenting sponsor of the free Invitational Tournament live Webcast. Now, individuals who can only attend some of the competitions or those who unfortunately do not have the ability to come to the tournament will be able to watch each class. Equestrian Sport Television is providing the 2010 webcast and a new beta option for this year, allows a limited number of Individuals with an I-Phone to have an opportunity to watch the webcast through a new download application.

As a great partner in the industry, Adequan strategically seeks innovative ways to provide support to groups and organizations while expanding brand knowledge. The Adequan Webcast at Syracuse is a continuation of that philosophy. During the five event days of the 2009 Tournament, 41,953 viewers watched the competition for an average of 37 minutes. “We are very excited to work with an organization that is 100% committed to showcasing the horse,” stated Allyn Mann, Senior Manager with Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the makers of Adequan®. “This live web cast is another creative way to reach a much broader audience and allow them the opportunity to see this high level competition”.

Adequan® i.m. (POLYSULFATED GLYCOSAMINOGLYCAN) is the #1 used intramuscular joint treatment for horses that is widely preferred by veterinarians and horse owners in the equine sports industry. FDA-approved Adequan® i.m. is the only product that is scientifically proven to stop the destructive cycle and repair the damage caused by traumatic joint dysfunction. Each year the Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament hosts a comprehensive schedule of educational clinics, demonstrations and activities.
