International Polo Club Catering Presents the Spectacular Easter Sunday Brunch

Wellington, FL – April 15, 2011 – The perfect option for the family and friends this Easter weekend is International Polo Club’s First Annual International Weekend, April 22-24, and International Polo Club Catering’s fabulous Easter Sunday Brunch on April 24th.

For the first time ever, this new, weekend-long event at IPC will feature several internationally played sports including: rugby, cricket, field hockey, polo, croquet, golf and tennis. The inaugural event will highlight the facility as an on-going sporting venue for a variety of traditional, international sports in addition to its namesake sport, polo.

Speaking of polo, the concluding event of this exciting afternoon will be a head to head battle for supremacy on the polo field between South Africa and the United States, scheduled to start at 3 p.m.

Along with this new, wide-ranging athletic competition, International Polo Club Catering is pleased to present their highly acclaimed and always popular Easter Sunday Brunch.

There is no better way to take in all of this exciting action than field-side at the beautiful International Polo Club Lodge. Bring the friends and family out to Wellington to enjoy the fabulous Easter Sunday Brunch while taking in this new and innovative sporting event at IPC.

The exceptionally popular and always delicious Easter Sunday Brunch at The International Polo Club Lodge begins at 11:00 a.m. and continues through 3 p.m. in the afternoon, with the last seating at 2 p.m.

Tickets for this out of this world culinary experience are $49.95 plus tax for adults and only $18.95 plus tax for children ten and under. Children under three are free.

Some of the highlights of this year’s Easter Brunch include the “Eggstraordinaire Action Display” which includes Classic Benedict with Canadian bacon and Florentine with fresh Spinach, Asparagus and Hollandaise.

Those in attendance will be able to visit the Custom Made Omelet and Crepe Station with various delectable toppings such as Tofu, Cheeses, Herbed Cream Cheese, Diced Chilies,
Crumbled Goat Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Capers, Red Onions, Spinach, Sautéed Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Wild Mushrooms, Sautéed Apples, Bananas in a Caramel Rum Sauce, Orange Liqueur, Chocolate Chips , Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar, Nutella, Fresh Strawberries and Nuts & Whipped Cream.

The Chef’s Carving Station will feature Roasted Prime Rib, Brandy Maple Cured Spiral Ham, and Roasted Turkey, all Carved to order and served with various gravies and sauces along with homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Other land and sea entrées include Free Range Chicken with Boursin Cheese, Sundried Tomato and Asparagus as well as Cedar Planked Sea Bass, served along side Stuffed Baby Zucchini, roasted Seasonal Vegetables and Parmesan Au gratin Potatoes, all served with assorted homemade breads.

A fantastic, fresh Salad Bar, a Yogurt Bar, a Build Your Own Bagel Station and an Authentic Belgian Waffle Station only add to the great variety of fine dining available on Easter Sunday.

Don’t miss the Purple, Hot Pink and Milk Chocolate Fountains, the fresh-squeezed Orange, Grapefruit and Cranberry Juices and of course, fresh brewed Columbian Coffee.

Events in each discipline will take place daily kicking off each morning at 9:00 AM. The weekend will culminate with an Easter Egg Hunt on the International Field before the featured South Africa versus the United States polo match on Sunday, April 24 at 3:00 PM.

The Republic of South Africa has been named as the featured nation of the sporting weekend. Other participating nations include: Argentina, Canada, Great Britain, Egypt, Jamaica, Trinidad and the U.S.
