Please join us as the country’s oldest indoor horse show returns to Lexington for the Alltech National Horse Show from October 29th through November 3rd. We are fortunate to call Lexington, at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park, our new home.

To continue 132 years of rich heritage in the horse capitol of the world is an honor. The Community of Lexington has embraced the ‘The National’ and helped bring the show ‘like no other’ to new levels of attendance and prize monies - attracting the very best riders, and their owners and trainers in the Hunter/ Jumper discipline from around the globe to conclude the North American fall indoor show season..

This year, we expect more than 560 horses and 350 riders from nine countries, including Canada, South America, Europe and Central Asia. Nearly $850,000 in total prize money is up for grabs. And, as always, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) Alfred B. Maclay Horsemanship Finals will take place, with the country’s top junior riders vying for the coveted prize that launches many of these up-and-comers to professional status and possibly the U.S. Olympic Equestrian Team.

We anticipate over 20,000 spectators to attend the event. While the majority of visitors arrive from Lexington, Louisville and Evansville, to Cincinnati and Charleston, horse enthusiasts also come from around the nation and across the pond. Coverage of the event will  be broadcast live on the Alltech Ag IHigh Network for those unable to physically attend.

Among equestrians, ‘The National’ at Madison Square Garden in New York was both the highlight and the permanent fixture on the national and international equestrian and social calendars.  Competitors have included Generals John J. “Black Jack” Pershing, William “Billy” Mitchell and even General George S. Patton. In 1915, Eleanora Sears became the first woman to ride and compete “astride” at the National Horse Show. The revered horse show with its storied past lives up to its historic grandeur in its new Kentucky home.  Two-time winner of the Horse Show of the Year Award from the National Show Hunter Hall of Fame and voted in the top four horse shows for two years in a row by the North American Riders Group, the Alltech National Horse Show will make history again in 2013.

This is your chance to reach two key groups: an educated, affluent family audience that embraces the equestrian lifestyle and the owners and professionals that drive purchase decisions. The Alltech National Horse Show attracts a fun, quality, affluent, family audience- a highly sought after demographic.
