“That is the great thing about Scott’s [Clawson] approach to managing the horse show, what he brings to the philosophy of the show is that it is very friendly for the riders and owners. A party like this being offered is something very special,” Charlie Jacobs explained. “CMJ Sporthorse has sponsored some nice things for Fieldstone, and we have also helped Scott engage some of the local business owners in the commonwealth.”

Jacobs continued, “We come from the Silver Oak Jumper Tournament, and if you patch those three weeks together, we are able to really enjoy the whole family being together. It is an opportunity for me to show with my kids, and last year I even showed against my son in the hunter derby. It’s not everywhere that you are able to do something like that, it’s a lot of fun. I hope that a lot of people come this year, take note of it, and put it on their calendars. Hopefully this year is a really good step in that direction.”

Twenty-seven years ago, the Fieldstone Show Park was built to accommodate one-day horse shows. As time went by, the demand and focus of Fieldstone shifted to multi-day events. During the fall and winter of 2012, the Fieldstone Show Park started an ambitious two-year reconstruction project. These improvements include The Vendor Village, raised VIP Pavilion and Trainer/Rider Pavilion, a 16-foot high stone lighthouse created for videotaping the Grand Prix Field, as well as stabling, GGT Sand Euro Felt Footing, infrastructure and competition coordination improvement.

While competing at the Fieldstone Show Park this summer, exhibitors and their families will also have the opportunity to explore Boston and Cape Cod, as well as taking a short drive to the Plymouth waterfront to where exhibitors can experience whale watches and visit historic Plimouth Plantation and The Mayflower.

The Fieldstone Show Park and Stadium Jumping would like to extend a special thanks to their generous Premiere Sponsors including Antares Saddles, SmartPak, GGT Footing, Langebec Wood Shavings, Holly Hill Transport, South Shore Equine Clinic and Diagnostic Center, Draper Therapies, Equine, Equine Insurance Services and Purina Animal Nutrition. Other sponsors include Equifit, Vaughn Equine Transport, The Tack Shelter, Horse Sport International, Litchfield Equine Wellness, Ronnie Anderson Show Stables, Bell and Bows, CMJ Sporthorse, Equine Health Coach, Esterbrook Farm, Voltaire Saddles, CWD and Dover Saddlery. The Fieldstone Show Park would also like to thank their Farm Sponsors: Woodridge Farm, Grazing Fields, Autumn Mist Farm and Mor Linn Farm. The Fieldstone Summer Showcase series is proud to be aligned with charity partner, Children’s Wish Foundation International.
