[LEXINGTON, Ky.] – Ford Motor Co. has shifted into top gear as the Official Truck of the Alltech National Horse Show and the first Kentucky Gathering, Oct. 29-Nov. 3 at the Alltech Arena on the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park. Central Kentucky dealership Paul Miller Ford and its parent company Ford Motor Co. have joined as official sponsors of the event.

During the Kentucky Gathering, proud traditions of the Bluegrass state will be celebrated through world-class equestrian sport at the Alltech National Horse Show; family-friendly activities including the Biggest Loser RunWalk, bouncy castles and pony rides; and the Savor Kentucky tasting experience featuring local artisan foods, craft brews and area bourbons. Paul Miller Ford will showcase the latest models of the “Built Ford Tough” truck series at the Alltech Arena during the Alltech National Horse Show.

“The communities of Central Kentucky have trusted Paul Miller Ford as their go-to provider of reliable trucks for many years,” said Mason Phelps Jr., president of the Alltech National Horse Show. “We’re thrilled to count both Paul Miller Ford and the national Ford Motor Co. as supporters of this great event.”

“Being a Ford dealer in Central Kentucky for the past 60 years has provided us with a great opportunity to go further with our customers and stand behind a product that has been built Ford tough for over 100 years in Kentucky,”said J.P. Miller Jr., president and general manager of Paul Miller Ford.

Kentuckians will gather this fall to celebrate three proud traditions deeply rooted in the Bluegrass state – horses, heritage and hops. Alltech will host the inaugural Kentucky Gathering, Oct. 29-Nov. 3, at the Alltech Arena on the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park. The weeklong festival includes the world-class equestrian sport of the Alltech National Horse Show; delectable foods, spirits and brews of the Savor Kentucky experience on Nov. 1-2; a free children’s play area with bouncy castles, face painting, pony rides and much more to entertain the entire family on Nov. 1-2; and the Biggest Loser RunWalk on Nov. 2.
