The International Bromont Is Gearing Up For An Outstanding Year

Client: Bromont
Release Date: 2011-06-14

Bromont, Quebec, June 13, 2011 On the heels of its success in 2010, International Bromont raises the bar for its 36th edition this summer. In fact, the set-up is well on its way and, with less than two months until the competition, the 2011 edition promises to be memorable.

In 2010, the Bromont Olympic Equestrian Park started renovations to its facilities and completed the footing changes on all its rings in time for its last edition. All the participating riders were particularly satisfied with the new footing. This year riders can look forward to that same luxury.

The work has continued and the International Bromont will be happy to welcome the 2011 riders in its new Roland Desourdy Pavilion. Additionally, improvements have been made to the program with the addition of USEF accredited hunter divisions as well as other new exciting classes. Moreover, with the increasing popularity of hunter events, the International Bromont will offer an additional ring. Following the success of the 2010 edition, International Bromont is expecting two weeks of outstanding competitions and is looking forward to welcoming all participants in the picturesque Eastern Townships.

International Bromont, a leader in hunter and jumper events, offers two weeks of competitions from July 20th to 24th and July 27th to 31st 2011 and, as for the last 36 years, this event will take place in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec, a short distance from the Vermont border. It is the biggest horseshow in Eastern Canada with a total prize money of over $400,000 and one of five major Canadian events on the World Cup circuit.
